Brenda grew up in a small town in Fort Saskatchewan just outside of
Edmonton in the sunny province of Alberta. She attended the University
of Alberta majoring in Sociology. Thereafter, she continued
her studies and received her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy
from Loma Linda University in 1996. Since graduating Brenda has
been successfully served clients in Alberta and B.C. in person and telephonically.
Brenda has had the good fortune to have supported hundreds of individuals,
couples, families, and groups for over 10 years in Employee Assistance
Programs (corporate) and in her private practice. Over these
years Brenda has been successful in finding and developing concrete
tools that clients can implement in their lives to make positive changes
right away. Brenda is so confident in her techniques and tools that
she offers a money back guarantee.
Since Brenda's move to Vancouver in 2000 she has had the pleasure of
providing counseling for special needs clients and experience as an
Instructor and Supervisor at the Counselor Training Institute.
She is very proud and happy to call Vancouver her permanent home. Brenda
loves nature, hiking, all animals, the arts, ballroom dancing, the ocean,
and the mountains that drew her to B.C. Brenda finds it very fulfilling
to see her client's become happier and healthier, emotionally, physically
and mentally. Brenda welcomes anyone to call her if you have any questions
and would be happy to be of service.
